Hola macos!
Avui us porto les imatges del dia en què vaig conèixer la capital de Korea del Sud, Seúl.
La veritat és que em vaig endur una sorpresa molt grata en adonar-me que estava en un país molt avançat en tema d'urbanisme, neteja i mentalitat en general.
Suposo que el centre de la ciutat no és el millor exemple per fer-se'n una opinió global perquè, com a tot arreu, hi haurà de tot, però jo vaig quedar molt contenta de veure que està tot molt cuidat i organitzat. El contrast dels edificis antics i les noves arquitectures. Les flors, presents a tot arreu. El terra i les parets sense taques ni pintades...
A més, vaig tenir la sort d'anar-hi en aquell moment de l'any en què floreixen els cirerers i la resta d'arbres i el parc que vaig visitar a prop del riu estava preciós.
Després vaig anar un temple i vaig presenciar el canvi de guàrdies i per acabar vaig apropar-me al casc antic i de tornada cap a l'hotel!
Espero que us agradi tan com a mi. I si teniu ocasió, trobo que és molt bona destinació per a visitar!

Hoy os traigo las imágenes del dia en el que conocí la capital de Korea del Sur, Seúl.
La verdad es que me llevé una muy grata sorpresa al darme cuenta de que estaba en un país muy avanzado en tema de urbanismo, limpieza y mentalidad en general.
Supongo que el centro de la Ciudad no es siempre el mejor ejemplo para tener una opinión global, porqué como en todo, habrá de todo, pero yo quedé muy contenta de ver lo cuidado y organizado que estaba aquello. El contaste de los edificios antiguos con las nuevas arquitecturas, las flores por todas partes, el suelo y las paredes sin manchas ni grafitis...
Además tuve la suerte de ir en ese momento del año en el que florecen los cerezos y los otros árboles y el parque que visité cerca del río estaba precioso.
Luego fui a un templo y presencié el cambio de guardia y para terminar el día me acerqué a la parte antigua y de vuelta al hotel!
Espero que os guste tanto como a mí. Y si tenéis ocasión, creo que es un muy buen destino para visitar!

Today I am bringing to you the images from the day I got to know the capital of South Korea, Seoul.
The truth is I was very pleasantly surprised to realize that I was in a very developed country when it comes to urbanism, cleanliness and mentality in general. I mean, I guess I cannot take it for granted and the city centre might not be the best example to make a statement like this but I was very pleased to see how everything was taken care of and well mantained. The contrast of old and new buildings, the flowers all around, the pavement and the walls free of stains and paintings...
Moreover, I had the opportunity to go at that time of the year of cherry blossom and other kind of tres and so the park that I visited close to the river looked beautiful.
After that I went to a temple and I could see the change of guards. And to finish the day I walked up to the old town and then back to the hotel!
I hope you like it as much as I did. And if you ever have the change I would trully recommend it for a visit!

Hi there!
A few days back I was in Hong Kong, city that I visited for the second time. A few months ago, right at the start of the blog, I shared with you my visit to the Buddha Temple, as you can see here.
This time I only took the underground to help a colleague of mine (that is also from my city coincidentally) to go and check on wedding dresses as she will be soon getting married in the Seychelles! No success, as getting married in the beach does not match with the kind of desing that they have in most of the shops there.
Anyway, in Prince Edwart area that is what you can find. A big shopping mall dedicated only to wedding stuff. It is quite nice!
I also had some local food in that area and the next morning I went for some groceries to a shopping mall in Causeway Bay, city centre, and fetched some oriental food to try! Let's see how it goes when I get in the kitchen with all of that!
Next stop: Shanghai!

¡Hola a todos!Hace unos días estuve en Hong Kong, ciudad que visité por segunda vez. Hace unos meses, justo al principio de empezar este blog, compartí con vosotros mi visita al templo Buddha, como podéis ver aquí.
Esta vez sólo cogí el metro para ayudar a una compañera (de la misma ciudad que yo, ¡pura coincidencia!) a elegir su vestido de novia ya que se va a casar próximamente en las Seychelles. Pero no hubo éxito, pues como se casa en la playa no había nada que se ajustara del todo al tipo de ocasión con los diseños que había en las tiendas de por allí.
De todos modos, en el área de Prince Edwart, eso es lo que se puede uno encontrar; un gran centro comercial dedicado exclusivamente a materiales y tiendas para bodas. Es bastante bonito.
También aproveché para comer por ahí algo de comida local y la mañana siguiente fui a hacer la compra a un centro comercial de Causeway Bay, en el centro de la ciudad, y ¡me apoderé de varios productos orientales para probar! ¡A ver como sale cuando me ponga con la cocina con todo eso!

It's been over a month since my mom came to Dubai for a few days, but when she did we visited this beautiful part of Dubailand where there is the Miracle Garden with plenty of structures filled with colorful flowers. I posted a few pictures on Instagram but never shared the full collection with you. If you ever have a few days to spend in here, go for it! A nice morning walk. By the way, the price of the ticket is 30 UAE dirhams (about 7€).
Hope you guys are making some plans for San Valentine! I wish I could...

Ya hace más de un mes que mi madre vino a Dubai por unos días, però cuando vino hicimos una visita a ésta parte de Dubailand dónde se encuentra Miracle Garden, con muchas estructures llenas de coloridas flores. En su momento, colgué unes cuantas fotos en Instagram pero no llegué a compartir toda la colección de imágenes con vosotros. Si tenéis ocasión de pasar unos días por aquí, ¡id a por ello! Bonito paseo. Por cierto que el precio de la entrada es de 30 dinares (unos 7€).
¡Espero que estéis planeando ya algo especial para San Valentín! Quizás una escapadita...¡Ojalá pudiera yo!

Hi there!
Beginning of this week I was in New York for the third time. Keeping in mind that we, as cabin crew, only have between 24 and 32 hours to spend in nearly every destination I couldn't visit much during my first visits as I was pretty tired from the flight. However, on this occasion I took the map and spotted a few areas to be seen and went all by myself to explore. I spend four hours walking in the south area of Manhattan and stopped by the 9/11 Memorial, walked up to Wall Street and then up towards Chinatown and Little Italy before turning to the SoHo.
I got a selfie stick as a present for Christmas and it has become quite a good companion for my trips. My good camera came along as well so I took a few shots with it too. If you ever have the chance to go on a trip to New York do not hesitate to spend at least five days to a week to make the most of your time in the city that never sleeps. There is so much to see!
I wish I can go one day on holidays and complete my journey as tourist, because to be honest it is pretty frustrating to get just a taste of it! It's New York!!! But let's not complain...

Al comienzo de esta semana estuve en Nueva York por tercera vez. Teniendo en cuenta que, como tripulante de cabina, solo disponemos de 24 a 32 horas para aprovechar en cada destino, no pude visitar casi nada en mis primeras visitas porqué llegaba muy cansada del vuelo. Sin embargo esta vez me llevé el mapa y marqué las zonas que quería ver y me fui solita a explorar. Estuve paseando durante cuatro horas por la zona sur de Manhattan, dónde paré a ver la zona cero de las Torres Gemelas, subí en dirección Wall Street y luego continué hasta llegar a Chinatown y Little Italy antes de desviarme hacia SoHo.
Me regalaron el selfie stick en Reyes y se ha convertido en un compañero infalible para los viajes. También me llevé la càmara buena así que saqué unas cuantas fotos con ella. Si alguna vez tenéis la ocasión de viajar a Nueva York, no dudéis en pasar entre cinco días o una semana para aprovechar al máximo el tiempo en la Ciudad que no duerme. ¡Hay tanto por ver!
Espero poder ir de vacaciones un día y completar la visita turística, porqué sinceramente ¡es bastante frustrante quedarse con la miel en los labios! ¡Es Nueva York! Pero no hay que quejarse...
